INSTRUCTIONS:

2. Cut out along heavy black lines

3. Glue or tape string loop on back so it extends beyond the point of Santa's hat.

4. Bring edge of hat to the flap and paste down or tape.
Line up the "fur" on each side.

5. Glue a cotton ball at the point.

6. Hang on your tree!
