2011. Tomie was invited to the National Book Festival on the National Mall in Washington, DC. Here he is with actress and author Julianne Moore in the authors’ tent. As we left the overflowing presentation tent where Tomie spoke, on a transport vehicle, fans ran alongside the vehicle to snap Tomie’s photo.
