November 7, 1987, there was an opening for a retrospective exhibition of Tomie’s art at the Nashua Arts & Science Center in Nashua, NH. Opening Night was Black Tie (with cummerbunds!).
Nancy not only organized the exhibition, but she also FRAMED most of the pieces.
Barbie and Marilyn were friends from New London. Peggie was a friend of Tomie’s from the 1960s/1970s. Polly was a dePaola family friend and close to Tomie’s mother, Flossie. Polly and Flossie were “partners in crime.” (Bob)
